Terms of Service

What this site is

A catalogue of what we manufacture, published so that brands, retailers and distributors can see our range and get in touch. There is no cart, no checkout and no consumer sale. Everything we make is produced to order against an agreed specification and minimum quantity.

Enquiries are not orders

Submitting an enquiry or a custom order request does not create a contract. It starts a conversation. An order exists only once we have confirmed the specification, quantity, price, lead time and terms in writing, and you have confirmed them back. Until then either side can walk away with nothing owed.

Quotations

Any price we quote is for the specification and quantity quoted, and holds for the period stated in that quotation. Leather is a natural material bought in lots, so a change in specification, quantity or timing can change the price.

Product photographs and descriptions

Our goods are cut, stitched and finished by hand. Photographs show a representative piece, not the exact unit you will receive. Grain, patina and hand-tooling vary between hides and between pairs, and colour varies between screens. Where a detail matters to you, ask for a sample before you commit to a production run.

What you send us

When you upload a reference image or send a design, you confirm that you are entitled to share it with us. We use what you send only to quote and to produce your order. If a design is yours, it stays yours, and we will not offer it to anyone else. Do not send us anything you are not free to share.

Our content

The photographs, text, logo and layout on this site belong to Majestique Global. You may share links to it and quote short extracts with attribution. Do not reproduce our product photography or present our goods as your own manufacture without a written agreement in place.

Using this site

Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, extract its contents in bulk, or submit enquiries that are not genuine. We may decline to respond to an enquiry without giving a reason.

Liability

We keep this catalogue as accurate as we can, but we do not guarantee that every detail is current, and availability of any particular material or finish can change. Nothing on this site is advice to rely on in place of a written quotation. Our responsibility for an order is governed by the terms agreed for that order, not by this page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the use of this site.
