This page explains what we do with the information you send us. We are a manufacturer, not a shop. The only personal details we hold are the ones you type into an enquiry or a custom order, plus anything you attach to them.
Who we are

What we collect
We collect what you choose to send us. Nothing is gathered in the background.
- General enquiries. Your name, email address, phone number, company name, country, the type of enquiry, the product it relates to, an indicative quantity and your message.
- Custom order requests. The same contact details, plus the specification you give us: style, sizes, quantity, materials, colours, sole and heel type, closure, branding notes and any further instructions.
- Reference images. Files you upload with a custom order, and any note you attach to each one.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. We do not build a profile of you and we do not know when you visit. The only thing the site stores in your browser is a single flag that remembers you have already seen the opening animation, so it does not replay on every page. That flag never leaves your browser and is cleared when you close the tab.
Why we hold it
To answer you, to quote, to develop and cost a sample, and to keep a record of what was agreed if an order follows. We do not sell your details, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for.
Where it is stored
Enquiries and custom order specifications are stored in our content system, which runs on a managed MongoDB database. Images you upload are stored with Cloudinary. The website and its admin are hosted on Vercel. These providers process the data on our behalf and store it on servers outside India.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are removed once they are clearly closed. Where an enquiry becomes an order, we keep the specification and the correspondence for as long as we need it for the production record and for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
Your choices
Write to exports@majestiqueglobal.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If a request is about an active order, we will explain what we have to keep and why. We aim to reply within thirty days.
Changes
If our practices change, this page changes with them and the date at the top is updated. We do not notify past enquirers separately.
