Double Monk Strap in Navy Calf, Grey Pebble Grain and Stone Suede

Navy polished calf takes the cap toe, both straps and the heel counter. The cap is polished close to a mirror, black in shadow and navy in the light. The quarters are a grey pebble grain, patinated so the grain shows darker at the edges, and the panel between them is stone suede. The grain is coarse and uneven, light taupe through the middle of the panel and deep brown at the seams.

Twin silver buckles, brogue punching along the cap and quarter seams, red lining. Leather sole with a low stacked heel. The welt is stitched, and the stitch line shows along the black edge at the toe. The edge is painted black and steps down in two tiers.

The punched line along the top of the grain panel is cut as a scallop, with a gimped edge and three-hole rosettes along it. Both straps end in a rounded tab, stitched round in navy. The suede is flat, with a short nap and no shine. Red lining runs the full collar, under a navy binding on the topline.
