Wingtip AirFlexLite Brogues

A dress brogue built on a sneaker bottom. The upper is full grain calf finished by hand, so the sky blue sits lighter over the toe and deepens through the quarters, and the heel counter is left in cognac. The brush strokes show across the toe, and the cognac is streaked dark over amber.

The saddle and vamp panels are a printed navy hide with a fine woven texture. The wedge sole is navy rubber over a white midsole with a tread pattern, which keeps the weight down and makes it wearable all day. The midsole is deepest under the heel and the outsole edge is a fine saw tooth the whole way round, with no welt where the upper meets it.

Punched wingtip and medallion throughout, red waxed laces, red lining. The red sits behind the brogueing too, so the wider holes read as dots of colour and the pinpricks stay dark. Five pairs of eyelets punched through a navy facing strip, no metal rings. A pale stitch line outlines the cognac counter.
