Black Leather Dress Belt with Brushed Silver Rectangular Buckle

The strap is black right across the face, with a soft sheen that follows the curve of the coil. The grain is a fine, even crackle at the same scale from the buckle end to the tail, with no pores and no fat wrinkles in it.

The buckle is an open rectangular frame in brushed silver with rounded corners, and fine brush lines run across the bars. One prong hinges off the right bar and sits in a punched hole. The holes down the tail are plain, with no eyelets. Dark stitching runs close in from the top edge and again close in from the bottom edge, the full length of the strap. The edges are bevelled and sealed dark.

Two keeper loops sit side by side behind the buckle where most belts carry one, so the tail is held flat in two places. Both are plain black, with no stamp or plate on either. The stitching carries through to the back of the strap on the same two lines, and the back is black as well.
