Black Leather Card Holder with Wave-Cut Front Pocket

Black leather with a fine, uneven pebbling that only reads at close range, and a matte surface with just enough sheen to show the curve of the fold. The band across the front is cut from the same hide, so the grain carries straight across the join and only the stitch line marks it.

The body is one piece turned up on itself, and the base is a single fold with no stitch across it. Both side seams are whip-stitched in matching black thread, close-set and rolled over the outer edge, and the band is caught into those seams at each end.

The front pocket is cut in a shallow wave that dips at the centre, so the top card stands proud and comes out under a thumb. The back panel rises well above it and its inner face is left napped and matte. Majestique Global sits on the band in gold with a thin rule beneath it. The piece has no stud, snap or clip, and the band crosses low enough to hide where the front pocket ends.
