Black Leather Bifold Wallet with Ivory Contrast Stitching

The grain is coarse and rounded, pressed into raised cells that pick up the light in patches while the creases between them stay flat black. The finish is low satin, nearer matt than gloss, and the colour is one black across the whole panel with no burnish at the corners.

It is a bifold, shot closed. The fold runs down the left edge and takes no stitching. Top, right and bottom each carry a single line of ivory thread set in from the border, wide spaced and even, turning the corners without a knot showing. Outside that line the border is smooth black leather with the grain pressed flat.

The Majestique Global emboss sits low on the right of the front panel in a serif face, pressed blind so it reads as a shadow in the grain. A short rule is pressed in under it, about half the width of the words and centred under them. No stud, snap or clip anywhere on the piece.
